Common questions
Is there a minimum contract period?
We work on a minimum 3-month basis for monthly retainers. This gives us enough time to build momentum, optimise campaigns and show real results. After that, monthly rolling.
Are ad budgets included in the package price?
No — ad spend (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is billed separately and paid directly to the platform. Our packages cover the management, strategy and optimisation of your campaigns. Minimum recommended monthly ad budget is CHF 500–1'000.
What if I already have an SMM agency?
No problem. We can work alongside your existing team and cover the services they don't offer — email marketing, Google Business management, paid ads, or photography. We're flexible.
What email marketing tools do you work with?
We primarily use Mailchimp. If you already have Mailchimp, Klaviyo or another tool set up, we run campaigns directly through your account at no extra cost. If you'd like to use our Mailchimp account, there's an additional CHF 100/month.
How does the annual billing discount work?
When you commit to a 12-month contract paid annually, you receive a 10% discount on the monthly rate. The full annual amount is invoiced upfront.
What does the photo & video shoot include?
One monthly shoot at your venue based on a pre-approved content plan. Typically 2–3 hours covering dishes, interiors, atmosphere and team. All photos and videos are fully edited and delivered within 5 working days.
